Frequently Asked Questions
Can I arrange an individual cremation for my pet?
Yes. There are two cremation options.
1. Group Cremation – without return of ashes or
2. Individual Cremation – with return of ashes in a choice of urn or wooden casket
How do I arrange a cremation?
To arrange a cremation service you can contact us directly or through your local veterinary surgeon.
How can I be sure that the correct ashes are returned?
Regarding individual cremations – each pet is cremated in its own individual steel coffin specifically
designed for the crematoria and the ashes from this specific coffin are the ashes that are returned to its
owner. Also we complete a cremation tracability form which contains specific information regarding each
pet. This tracability form is kept with your pet throughout the cremation process and ensures that all your
pet's ashes are returned to you. As the cremation is individual the possibility of any confusion is eliminated.
Can I witness the cremation?
Unfortunately not. Our insurance does not permit anyone other than employees to be in the crematorium
while the cremation process is in operation.
How are the ashes returned to me?
Through your vet in which you entrusted your pet or if you transport your pet's remains to the
crematorium, we will personally arrange with you a suitable date for you to return to the crematorium to
collect your pet's ashes.
